Job Description Summary As an Associate Director in our Tenant Representation & Advisory team, you will manage medium sized leasing and advisory projects, build client relationships, and provide strategic advice to tenants. You will also support senior team members with larger projects and contribute to business development and operational excellence.
Job Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage end-to-end leasing processes for medium-sized projects.Advise tenants on property needs, market trends, and lease strategies.Lead lease negotiations and ensure best terms for tenants.Identify new business opportunities and build client relationships.Achieve revenue targets and maintain timely invoicing and reporting.Mentor junior team members and ensure high service standards.KEY REQUIREMENTS: Experience in commercial real estate leasing.Strong communication, negotiation, and financial analysis skills.Tertiary qualifications in real estate or business preferred.Valid Real Estate Agent License, WA.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
