Senior Network Engineers - Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance Canberra, Australia (Open to major cities across Australia)We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to support the day-to-day operations and BAU processes within the ICT Networks & Infrastructure Platforms section. The role involves managing networks across on-premise and cloud environments, providing secure internet access, and supporting telephony and video conferencing systems.Key Responsibilities:Provision and management of PROTECTED, OFFICIAL, and UNOFFICIAL networks (on-premise and cloud).Manage switches, routers, firewalls, SD-WAN, and other network infrastructure.Secure access provisioning to the internet.Manage telephony systems (Microsoft Teams and Cisco).Support video conferencing hardware and software.Provide 3rd-level ICT support across business applications.Required Skills & Experience:Experience with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, IPSEC/SSL VPNs, Voice/Video, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, SMTP, HTTP/S.Strong problem-solving skills in complex environments, with excellent verbal and written communication.Expertise in design, administration, tuning, and troubleshooting of:Cisco Routing & Switching: VPLS, MPLS, BGP, DMVPN, SD-WAN, GRE, IPSEC, VRF, EIGRP, HSRP, ACLs, Port Security, AAA.Firewalls: Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet.Load Balancing: Citrix NetScaler, F5.Azure networking.Cisco Wireless Technologies: 9800 series Wireless LAN Controllers.Experience with VPN technologies (Citrix Access Gateway, Microsoft).Familiarity with VMware, Windows, Linux environments.Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.Must be an Australian Citizen.Must hold or have the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
