We’re looking for a QA Test Analyst to take ownership of the quality and performance of our website, mobile app, and store technology platforms (POS and Endless Aisle). If you’re a natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working independently, this could be the perfect role for you.About the RoleAs our sole QA Test Analyst, you’ll be responsible for testing and troubleshooting across our entire tech ecosystem — from website and mobile app to in-store systems like POS and Endless Aisle. This role is more than just running test cases — you’ll be the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving issues at their source, collaborating with developers and product managers to ensure a smooth and consistent experience across all touchpoints.Key Responsibilities:Conduct end-to-end testing across the website, mobile app, and store platforms (POS and Endless Aisle) to ensure seamless functionality.Develop, document, and execute test cases based on acceptance criteria and real-world usage scenarios.Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, APIs, and integrations.Ensure a consistent and smooth customer experience across all channels — online and in-store.Proactively identify potential issues and recommend improvements to prevent them.Report bugs with detailed and reproducible steps, and help prioritise fixes with the product and development teams.Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance coverage and minimise defects.Who You Are:You’re a detail-focused, technically minded and proactive problem solver with a passion for quality. You’re comfortable working independently and know how to dig deep to identify the root cause of an issue.
