About the role and where you will be working: Serve as the professional first point of contact for the Property Section within the Assets & Infrastructure Team at SCC, delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations. Ensure all inquiries and issues are managed efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements, while proactively overseeing the progress of work orders. Maintain and update all management systems, including fleet administration, to accurately track and reflect maintenance activities. We’ll also be asking you to:- Deliver prompt and professional updates and communications to all stakeholders and SCC customers. Support the upkeep of property resource information, including technical manuals, catalogues, building plans, and equipment data. Ensure the accurate management of the asset register, applying necessary updates for newly added assets. About you: You are an organised and customer-focused professional with a strong ability to manage inquiries, coordinate tasks, and maintain accurate records. With excellent communication skills, you confidently liaise with stakeholders and provide timely updates to ensure exceptional service delivery. Your attention to detail ensures that management systems, including fleet administration, are always up to date and reflect ongoing maintenance activities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, proactively resolving issues and ensuring all work orders progress efficiently in line with Service Level Agreements. A team player with a problem-solving mindset, you are committed to delivering excellence and exceeding customer expectations. Experience in property administration, asset management, or a similar role would be highly regarded. To be considered for this role, you’ll need: · Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and the concept of FM software packages. · Experience in liaising with contractors and carrying out contract administration functions. · Cert IV in Business Administration or similar. · Help Desk experience. · Trade background / experience. · Previous experience utilising FM and CRM software packages. · Experience working in an aged care or health care environment.
