About the Role: In this exciting and evolving role, you will take charge of strategic event planning and execution for face-to-face events. This includes experiential, business, and Local Area Marketing initiatives. You’ll thrive in an agile environment where no two days are the same, taking ownership of a diverse event calendar while leading and inspiring a team of casual staff. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of a face-to-face event calendar Recruitment, training, and development of Brand Ambassadors Resource allocation and real-time problem-solving to ensure program success Regular collaboration with the Account Director to review activity and ensure program alignment Tracking KPIs and implementing strategies for continuous improvement Managing escalations effectively while coaching your team toward solutions Building and nurturing strong stakeholder relationships About You: You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of building and executing programs simultaneously. You bring: Proven experience in event management, ideally with agency background Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment A background in managing and developing casual or field-based teams Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise under pressure Confidence in managing relationships at all levels, with well-developed negotiation and influencing skills Proficiency in SharePoint and MS Office Suite Telco experience (preferred but not essential) This Role is for You If: You’re passionate about building programs that make an impact while leading diverse teams You thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt quickly to new challenges You have a strong agency or client-facing background and know how to engage stakeholders effectively Be part of a growing business where your contributions shape the future.
