The role of an Executive Mobile Banker in the Retail Banking department at BOQ Group is to support the delivery of the BOQ Business Plan by growing a client portfolio and establishing a network of self-generated leads to provide excellent financial outcomes.
The focus is on acquisition targets, with portfolio growth and profitability underpinning the strategy. The banker is expected to have established referral sources and other resources to generate business. They will mentor Senior and Mobile Bankers, provide constructive feedback, and receive support from the fulfilment team to maximize performance and ensure the best customer experience.
Key accountabilities include: Delivering on customer promises Managing own portfolio Helping BOQ meet its growth objectives Developing credit policy knowledge The role requires a proven history of meeting financial service targets, strong community relationships, and a strong ethical belief system demonstrated through business development.
