About the Role An exciting permanent opportunity exists to join BOQ Group's ME Bank team as a Regional Manager for New South Wales and Queensland.
In this role, you will drive the delivery of the ME Business Plan, focusing on growing the portfolio, exceeding acquisition targets, and managing both prospective and existing customer relationships to ensure retention and referrals.
You will achieve this by living the Customer Promises, ensuring a quick, easy, and informative experience for customers, and managing quality and risk effectively.
You will lead and coach a team of Mobile Bankers, helping them to exceed targets and manage customer relationships.
You will oversee the lead management process across your region, from appointment to settlement, always ensuring the customer's best interests are top of mind.
Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders will be key, as will managing your regional portfolio and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Collaboration with internal partners will also be essential to ensure a superior customer experience.
As a Regional Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and success of ME Bank in your region, while leading your team to achieve business and customer-focused goals.
