The Antelco Group encompasses manufacturing and distribution businesses in Australia, USA, and the U.K, providing end to end solutions to the electrical, building, mining, safety and medical industries for the design and production of precision injection moulding projects.
Based at St Agnes, your role will provide administration and reception function to Antelco and Lincoln Plastics clients and employees. This will include:
Providing order processing, communication and a range of administrative assistance to the Administration Manager.
Providing an admin service which includes Daily Operating Reports, and entry of customer orders/sales invoices.
Welcoming visitors, determining the nature of their requirements and actioning accordingly.
Provide support and consulting with freight forwarders and employees to fulfil export documentation.
Acting as the organisations first point of call in a receptionist's capacity, both in person and over the telephone.
This presents as an opportunity for an admin "whiz" and professional receptionist who can demonstrate:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience gained in a similar role
Intermediate PC and Excel skills
The ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Outstanding presentation.
