Job description: Join our team as a Reception and Administration Assistant, where youll support our office operations by managing supplies, helping with trip logistics, and keeping project records updated.
Youll also assist with event planning, handle client inquiries, and contribute to a positive, safe, and efficient workplace.
Provide administrative assistance to the Team Leader - Administration and all teams.
Support with purchasing, requisitions, and maintaining office supplies.
Assist in trip logistics and project coordination under the direction of Project Coordinators.
Maintain registers and assist with project expense tracking.
Organise events, manage catering and handle event logistics.
Manage phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Proactively identify and report health and safety risks.
Help foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications: Experience in office administration.
Fresh Projects and Xero experience is preferable but not essential.
Ability to work effectively within a small team.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Proactive attitude with a focus on health and safety.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
