Stirling has a proven track record, high completion rates and employment outcomes of its students, and has quickly become one of the most popular and reputable registered training organisations in Victoria.
About the Role:
Are you a qualified Community Service Case Manager or work within the Mental Health, Aged Care or Disability industry? Are you a qualified trainer having worked within an RTO, or have you delivered short courses, or ever wanted to add "Trainer" to your repertoire?
Stirling is seeking passionate and experienced trainers to join our dynamic team to facilitate our Diploma of Community Services, specialising in Case Management (CHC52015). If you have not completed a TAE, or do not have the latest level, we are more than happy to support applicants through the process of obtaining this.
What your engagement will look like:
* Your core role is to deliver dynamic training to students, support them through their pathway and to mark their assignments. There is no requirement for you to create or write training content.
* Our Training is completed Face-to-Face within a classroom.
* Encourage your students as they complete 100 hours of industry work placement, as placed by Stirling’s Work Placement Coordinators.
* Your students could range from school graduates to mature aged members and come from a variety of professional and cultural backgrounds.
* You will be required to work towards Stirling’s compliance requirements, such as completing attendance registers or supporting surveys.
* This is a contract position – payment is on a invoice ABN arrangement and is based on your day of training and other factors, such as the number of assignments assessed.
