Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics:
1. Design, implement, and manage seamless integration between Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems.
2. Develop and maintain robust data exchange processes to ensure efficient flow of information across platforms.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
O365 Product Management:
4. Oversee the configuration, administration, and optimisation of Microsoft O365 products, including SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power BI.
5. Develop and configure fields in Dynamics; configure field properties; use calculated and rollup fields; configure global option sets; create alternate keys; and configure field-level security.
6. Provide expert guidance on the implementation and utilisation of O365 tools to enhance business processes and productivity.
7. Stay abreast of O365 updates and recommend strategies to leverage new features for organisational benefit.
8. Design and build Power BI reports to visualise business analytics.
Collaboration and Communication:
9. Work closely with the Head of Operations to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
10. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure a secure and compliant O365 environment.
11. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower end-users in maximising the capabilities of Microsoft O365.
Continuous Improvement:
12. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimisation.
13. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Microsoft O365 and Dynamics.
Qualifications & Skills:
14. Minimum 2 years of experience in a Systems Administration role, and/or a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
15. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including but not limited to SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Dynamics, Power BI, and Power Platform.
16. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics integration and administration of O365 products.
17. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
18. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Advantageous, but not required:
19. Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator, etc.
20. Skills in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS).
21. Experience with enterprise data warehousing methodologies, including designing and maintaining complex data warehouses and external data source pipelines.
22. Proficiency in programming languages and API integrations.
