The Role A unique opportunity for an experience HR Coordinator to join a reputable Not For Profit Company, the ideal candidate will provide true hands-on recruitment support the HR Manager Duties Writing and posting job ads. Handling enquiries via phone and email Manage the recruitment processes by coordinating and scheduling interviews with the Branch / Hiring managers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiters and staffing agency. Provide support to the branch/ hiring mangers including onboarding, background checks and payroll inquiries. Manage the employee database, ensuring accuracy of employee information. Assistant branch managers in developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures. Draft and Prepare employee contacts. Welcoming new employees and overseeing induction tours. Assist in employee engagement activities such as company events & training sessions. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Recruitment coordinator or Recruiter Excellent communication skills Ability to prioritize and complete tasks within deadline. Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks Familiarity with ELMO HR databases.
