The Opportunity
The Veris Young Professionals Program (YPP) runs for a period of 12 months, beginning every year in February/March. You’ll get to launch your career with the expert guidance and support of industry leaders who care about your success.
1. Get exposure to all areas of the industry: Rotate through different speciality areas, gaining experience across the full range of surveying and spatial data services.
2. Be mentored by industry leaders: Kick start your career, with support and guidance from Australia’s leading industry experts.
3. Develop soft and technical skills: Get access to our dynamic Lunch and Learn sessions, as well as other opportunities led by experts in the field.
4. On-the-job training: Share experiences and learn together with other graduates, as part of our aspirational National Graduate Community.
5. Be part of a national network: Choose from graduate positions in locations around Australia, and get the benefits of connecting with a strong national network.

About You
A Bachelor in Surveying, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience gained in a similar role
The ability to work cooperatively with people from a range of social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds
Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending effective action.
7. A keen desire to learn across a wide range of surveying applications
8. The ability to work unsupervised
9. The ability to self-manage and willingness to undertake new challenges
10. A valid "C" class driver license
11. Manage tasks as directed by Surveyor
12. A desire to work outdoors
