Job Summary: In this role, you will lead a team to align quality culture and programs with business strategy to improve project performance where you will manage Quality Management System certification and assessment and oversee the review and evaluation of project quality and execution plans. Your leadership will elevate organizational competencies and drive quality culture, standards, core programs, and processes.
Major Responsibilities: Participates in development, coordination, communication and concurs with Quality policies, standards, core programs and procedures for use across a medium to large project. Leads project quality planning for medium to large project. Contributes to continuous improvement of core programs to improve project execution efficiency and performance. Builds and drives competency/training program to drive the quality culture and processes across the project. Implements guidance requirements for project Quality planning on project. Manages the project level Quality Management System certification and represents the project during audits conducted by client, management, or regulatory agencies. Manages the auditing and assessments to verify the effectiveness of the quality system/program/plan. Provides input to the quality elements of project execution plans and project quality plans. Develops schedule, budgets, and staffing planning for project quality activities. Coordinates, schedules, and communicates project or GBU Management Review requirements with functions to ensure management review goals and objectives are met. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Quality Management experience preferably on large renewable project. Strong organizational, collaboration and leadership skills. Demonstrated experience working with quality management systems standards, in particular ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, with formal training and experience conducting audits of QMS systems. Lead ISO 9001 Auditor Certification is desired. Must have the flexibility to travel. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Working knowledge of industry-specific quality programs and performance standards. Practical work experience in fields of engineering, environmental science, procurement, construction, testing, operations, decommissioning, or business administration.
