Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
We are seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Ipswich clinic. This role is ideal for a proactive professional dedicated to delivering exceptional service in obstructive sleep apnea management.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Serve as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients
Engage clients through various channels, including in-person, phone and email communications
Offer guidance on CPAP equipment, setup and ongoing service requirements
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers
Promote and upsell our product range and services
Maintain and sterilise clinic equipment
Maintain inventory and process clinic orders
Are you a MATCH?
Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales environments
Exceptional communication skills
Independent clinic management capability
Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
Proficiency with Google Suite applications
Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
Strong organisational and administrational skills
