We are looking for a Technical Support / Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance with system designs & technical enquiries along with resolving customer technical issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and Remote software access e.g. TeamViewer
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software
* Provide clear and concise instructions to customers to help them resolve their issues
* Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM
* Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
* Provide technical expertise to customers and assist them in selecting the appropriate products and solutions
About you:
* 3+ Years experience in the IT computers & networking, Electronic Security, Access Control and CCTV industry
* Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Knowledge of various IT operating systems and software applications
