Your responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed cost estimates and cost plans for commercial and industrial projects Conducting feasibility studies and pricing bill of quantities Collaborating with project teams to develop competitive and innovative bids Identifying cost-saving and value engineering opportunities Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing Assisting in tender submissions, including qualifications and exclusions The Criteria Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an Estimating role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Please call Tara Stokes GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
