* Ongoing role to commence in February 2025
* Provide support in continuous improvement of process, policy and work instructions.
* Assist/guide department in process mapping exercises.
* Support the Accounts Receivable team in the timely and accurate processing and receipting of donations and income.
* Weekdays only
* Able to commit between 1-5 days a week, days may vary
* Time commitment of 3 - 4 hours a day

The program
Transaction Services is the operational area of Finance working under a shared service model. This team continuously looks at ways to reduce costs and improve performance associated with accounting practices in accounts payable and accounts receivable, and other financial teams like financial accounting and systems accounting.
The opportunity
For this role you will help the team in identifying opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction. Working to continuously improve processes both in the department as well as transactionally by collaborating with multiple functions across Finance. In addition to supporting the team in other duties to help where the need is greatest in revenue capture and processing.
Red Cross will ensure you have training, ongoing support and access to other opportunities within the world’s largest humanitarian network.
