Key responsibilities include actively disseminating key advice on various process issues, ensuring compliance by working collaboratively with the compliance team and wider business, and assisting in the resolution of escalated complex Compliance issues.
Other tasks may include facilitating access for Telstra staff and contractors within Land Access and Co Location guidelines to property to allow the provision of services and network infrastructure, maintaining various Compliance documentation and audits, and providing communications support to the internal and external enquiry mailboxes.

Additionally, you will require detailed knowledge of Land Access including Aboriginal and Cultural Heritage laws, understanding of mobile base station deployment legislation and industry codes applicable to acquiring and utilising sites for mobile communications, and high-level oral communication skills with an emphasis on effectively communicating cross-functionally.
Strong presentation skills for representing Telstra at external industry bodies and all levels of Government in sometimes contentious environments are also essential. Proven experience in managing complex stakeholder issues at all levels and strong interpersonal skills to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are also required.
This role offers unparalleled opportunities to develop your career, exposing you to innovative thinking, technologies and global best practice. As we grow, you'll grow, and this will extend onto building your own valuable talents and skills here with us.
