About You:
* Qualification in aquaculture, marine biology, or a related field
* Previous customer support experience (ideally in aquaculture or tech sectors)
* Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* Organisational skills and ability to analyse customer feedback
* Ability to create and deliver data-driven presentations
* Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits
