Oversee safety compliance and foster a safe working environment.
Train and on-board new team members, with a strong focus on CNC machinery operation.
Handle daily warehouse tasks, including order picking and issue resolution.
Collaborate with day-shift leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions.
Making suggestions for increased efficiency or operational improvements.
Pitch in where needed on machinery operation and general warehouse duties.
The Successful ApplicantYou have a solid background in warehouse or manufacturing environments, with a keen understanding of OH&S compliance and CNC machinery experience.
You're a natural leader who is comfortable with hands-on work and knows how to maintain a positive, safe work culture.
Forklift license and computer literacy are essential; prior experience with steel handling is preferred.Full Australian working rights are required to be considered for this role.
