Utilise data-driven insights to pinpoint collaborative opportunities throughout the entire value chain. Employ exceptional communication and relationship-building ability to foster enduring partnerships both within the organisation and externally, ultimately driving achievement of strategic business objectives.A tenacious and ambitious individual, genuinely hungry for a challenge which will turbo charge their career growth, as well as develop and solidify next-level Commercial management capability.Highly numerate and analytical - excellent Ms Excel skills and experience in financial model building (customer P&L modelling) is highly desired.Superb communicator both verbal and written supported by good Ms Powerpoint skills.Develop and implement key account plans that result in continuous share growth for CSR and align these with desired customer growth outcomes.Leverage CRM Project Tracking to identify appropriate Commercial segment opportunities and negotiate with the internal Commercial team to determine which ones to assign to resellers vs service direct.What you bring to the role:A minimum of 5 years business development / commercial planning experience.Experience in the building industry or construction materials is desirable.Experience in influencing and negotiating commercial outcomes that deliver win-win outcomes.An ability to analyse and structure data to tell compelling commercial stories.An ability to author and deliver professional presentations to key stakeholders.What we offer:Attractive salary and benefits, including access to exclusive discounts and offers.Supportive and collaborative culture that fosters innovation and inclusion.
