About the role: We have a great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Development/Innovation Team.Working with key business units, you will gain insight into how our business runs and be part of key strategic initiatives. This role will see you supporting divisional stakeholders with their processes and initiatives, leveraging your analytical skills to drive insights and provide operational & financial analysis on division performance and Lean Sigma initiatives. As a change agent, you will liaise with all impacted business areas to facilitate effective deployments and modifications to business practices. Key Responsibilities: System Analysis and Improvement: Analyze and interpret system specifications to develop, maintain, and support robust reporting solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine business frameworks and enhance system functionalities. Identify and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for system developers. Continuously assess and improve system performance and business processes through detailed analysis. Technical Support and Automation: Develop and maintain automated scripts for deploying and testing applications across different environments. Enhance and support our continuous integration environment, ensuring seamless system operations. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Data Management and Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, SQL, and other BI tools. Provide advanced data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Work closely with data engineers to elevate the data ecosystem, including developing new datasets and improving data flows. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including IT, BI, and Operations, to identify and address business requirements. Present complex data and system analysis in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders at all levels. Participate in cross-functional projects to implement new system features and enhancements. Monitoring and Performance Improvement: Use GPS tracker systems, GuardHouse, Securecey, and other tools to monitor performance and data flow. Implement solutions to improve system performance and reporting for a large number of clients and employees. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms and applications used by the company. Documentation and Training: Create detailed documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user manuals. Provide training sessions to staff on new systems and processes to ensure effective adoption and usage. Experience & Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Min 5 years of experience as a System Analyst/Business Analyst in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Effective time management and personal organisational skills. Strong understanding of business needs with the ability to establish and maintain high levels of customer and stakeholder trust and confidence. Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture. Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements documentation and process mapping. Proficiency with industry tools and software, including Python, R, Azure Databricks, MS Power Automate, MS Power BI, MS Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, M Query, DAX, SQL, PowerShell, and VBA Macro. Experience in developing procedural and training materials.
