We are experiencing significant growth in asset management projects and the pipeline of opportunities is growing as well. Our asset management clients are from diverse range of industries including Defence, Local and Federal Government, Industrial (primarily mining and food and beverage) and Infrastructure.
The Opportunity
Our highly dynamic team of asset management professional require another quality problem solver to join our ranks! We are looking for an intermediate-level asset management consultant to join our high-performing and collaborative Advisory team in either Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide.
In this exciting role you will work directly with clients to manage a variety of interesting projects in collaboration with our talented team which will enable you to apply your asset management skills to a range of different clients and markets.
You will be up for the challenge and in for the journey to play a key role in contributing to the growth of our Asset Management Capability through excellent project delivery and client management. What we’ll like about you
To be successful in the role, you would possess the following:
Required capabilities:
7. Demonstrated asset management experience across one or more of the following sectors: Government, Defence, Industrial, Water or Energy
8. Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management Systems and Frameworks and a desire to progress professionally in this field.
9. An in-depth understanding of Asset Management and/or reliability engineering principles and their application.
10. A passion and capability in building new client stakeholder relationships and enhance existing relationships.
11. Ability to support some national travel for short duration (2-5 days) on occasion
12. An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or other related disciplines.
Desirable capabilities:
13. Experience in the application of Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
14. Experience in the application of Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
15. Maintenance or facilities management (Planning and/or execution)
16. Development and implementation of engineering/asset management systems and process
17. Asset/Equipment change management and risk assessment
18. Previous consultancy experience
19. Experience in participating or leading assurance activities
Furthermore, due to the nature and sensitivity of the projects and our client, it is highly desirable that you hold (or possess the ability to obtain) a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher, for which you will require Australian Citizenship.
