As a valued member of the Audika team, you will join this effort to help people reach their full hearing potential.About the RoleThe Divisional Sales & Operations Manager reports to and works in partnership with the National Sales and Operations Manager and is responsible for the general management and leadership of the Retail Clinics across the QLD Division of the Audika network.The role provides strategic and tactical leadership, coaching and direction to the Regional Operations Managers and indirectly to the clinicians and client services officers of the clinics for the region. You will have excellent sales leadership and proven experience in leading, motivating and coaching a team, to bring them on the journey to foster a high-performance culture maximising sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.To ensure success the Divisional Sales & Operations Manager should have a clear understanding of Audika’s core values and culture, be an exceptional leader, have strong business acumen and a sound understanding of business strategies.
