In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality training programs and support services to our front-line staff. Key Responsibilities Delivering training programs in line with the company's framework and methodologies. Conducting comprehensive needs assessments to identify training requirements for individuals and teams. Creating engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and multimedia resources. Facilitating training sessions both in person and virtually, ensuring an interactive and supportive learning environment. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis and performance assessments. Providing ongoing support to trainees, including follow-up sessions and additional resources as needed. Collaborating with all areas of Operations to continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on industry standards. Main Tasks Deliver engaging and informative training sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organisation and teams. Deliver Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training. Deliver organisational induction training. Create visually appealing and effective training materials that enhance the learning experience for participants. Conduct thorough evaluations of training outcomes to measure impact and identify areas for improvement. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in adult learning principles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in adult education and excellent communication skills. Having a TCI Trainer Associate Certification from Cornell University and experience in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention training is preferred. You should be able to customise training for different audiences while focusing on effective learning outcomes. Travel required Travel is an essential aspect of this role, as you will be required to travel to various Family Centered Support Services locations (Toowoomba, Stanthorpe and Brisbane) to deliver live training sessions. This will also involve overnight stays during Induction and TCI training, or whenever the need arises. Your flexibility and commitment to travel will ensure the successful delivery of crucial training programs across the organisation. Skills And Experiences Essential Requirements Candidates with a current TCI Trainer Associate Certification is preferred. Obtained minimum Cert IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or equivalent. TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment advantageous. Current Working with Children Blue Card, or willingness to obtain. Availability to travel and stay throughout South East Queensland and Darling Downs, Granite Belt.
