Your new role This start up role is an amazing opportunity to have an impact in leading change within Kids First and strengthening our organisational culture that values diversity, equality and inclusion. Reporting to the Director - People Culture and Performance and working with the People and Culture team, you will be responsible for: Project leading Kids First Australia's commitment to work towards embedding reconciliation through a stretch Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), achieving Rainbow Tick accreditation and developing and enhancing our diversity equality and inclusion (DEI) commitments, as made in the Kids First Strategy 2023-2028 Building DEI capability for our leaders and in turn ensuring people feel safe, respected and included in the work they do Ensuring our company policies, procedures and process have DEI front of mind Monitoring and reporting metrics, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement Leading our training and education efforts and building a shared culture of DEI Building partnerships with external organisations to support the initiatives identified About you You are a subject matter expert in all matters DEI and lead workforce development and cultural change You have experience in developing a RAP, leading Diversity and Inclusion within a previous role and proficiency in achieving Rainbow Tick accreditation You have proven experience to engage, influence and challenge senior leaders to cultivate an inclusive and positive culture where everyone feels a sense of belonging and can thrive You are able to translate workforce data into actionable insights to enhance the people experience at work You're a people person and enjoy collaboration and influencing thinking about the status quo How we reward you Be part of an organisation that truly lives its values Kids First understands the importance of flexible working and has a policy to support this Enjoy ‘not for profit' benefits such as salary packaging to increase your take-home pay In addition to your annual leave, we know how important it is to spend time with family which is why you get 3 additional leave days at Christmas 4 weekly RDO option Purchased leave options Access to our Staff Wellbeing Program Don't delay, apply now!
