The role drives people and culture management aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals, fostering engagement, diversity, and inclusion to attract and retain top talent.The senior leadership role that reports to Managing Directors leads the implementation of policies on employee performance, development, and leadership training, ensuring employees are empowered to reach their potential. Collaborating with senior leadership, the role designs organizational structures, promotes a positive workplace, and aligns people strategies with business goals.The role ensures compliance with legal requirements and best practices, while identifying areas for operational improvement.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic, leadership and Workforces PlanningCollaborate with leadership to define and execute a long-term people strategy aligned with business growth goals.Develop talent management and wellbeing strategies to attract, retain, and grow top talentLead workforce planning to ensure the right talent is in place for current and future needs and Identify capability gaps and implement upskilling initiatives.2. Culture and Employee EngagementChampion a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture that aligns with the company's core values and business objectives.Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, fostering the company's core values.3. Talent and Leadership DevelopmentEstablish leadership development and succession planning programs, including career pathways like graduate recruitment.Develop learning strategies for continuous employee growth and lead talent assessment to recognize and retain top performers.4. Compensation and Performance Incentive ManagementOversee the Group's compensation and performance incentive programs to attract and retain top talent, ensuring alignment with market trends and company financial objectives, while fostering employee motivation, satisfaction, and retention.5. Change Management and Organisational DevelopmentLead the implementation of strategic HR and WHS review findings, including recommending andoverseeing an HRIS platform. Improve processes for efficiency and data-driven decision-making, support leaders in communicating changes, and lead organizational development efforts.Act as a key driver in future change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during growth and restructuring.6. HR Operations and ComplianceLead the implementation of HR and WHS strategic review findings, including evaluating HRIS platforms and overseeing implementation.
