We are looking for a multi-faceted Sales & Reception Coordinator who will support the continued success of our Victoria & surrounding areahearing clinics. This full-time permanent role will be a floating position to support our Victoria Fort Street, Victoria Oak Bay, and Sidney clinics. This opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills open to starting in a contract capacity with potential for extension or consideration for other nearby clinics at the end of the contract. Based on the nature of the role supporting multiple locations, access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required.Key Position Information:$21 - $24 per hour starting compensation based on experience + eligibility to participate in our bonus program8:30 - 4:30 pm working hours Monday to FridayOnsite position at our clinicsTravel will be expected within the Greater Victoria area to support at different local clinics + some community events - ideal candidates will be in Victoria, Sidney, or reasonable commuting distance to these areasWhat you'll be responsible for:Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinicBalancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specificsParticipating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Greater Victoria's number one choice for hearing careProcessing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billingOrdering office suppliesAssisting clinicians with hearing product salesHelping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinicProviding multi-clinic support based on volumesWhat we are looking for:Completion of high school diploma or equivalency; post-secondary education or courses in marketing, business, or healthcare would be an asset, though not requiredPrior experience in customer service, administration, and retail/b2c salesAccess to a vehicle and a valid driver's license is required as some localized travel will be requiredAn energetic, self-driven person who is excited about business development and community partnerships/marketingExperience in event planning, lead generation, business development a strong assetExcellent communication skills with an ability to establish and build relationships with colleagues, coworkers, and community partnersProficiency with scheduling software and MS OfficeHearCANADA is committed to fair and accessible employment practices, and we welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
