Responsibilities - Store Manager | Mens Fashion: As their new Store Manager, your role includes, but is not limited to, leading the team, driving sales, and ensuring seamless store operations. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards. Sales and Profitability: Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic, optimise profitability, and meet sales goals.
