As part of their exciting journey, they are launching a flagship venue, as well as revitalising a site, all leading up to the opening of a new production facility all close to Richmond in early 2025. This is a rare chance to play a key role in the company’s ambitious growth strategy. Operations Manager Role Scope Your role will be as varied as it is rewarding. You’ll start by managing multiple sites and pop-up kiosks, later overseeing your own store. With its unique setup, it will be a go-to destination for both fast service and a customer-centric retail experience. You will be responsible for coordinating the logistics behind these openings, from ensuring a smooth supply chain for fresh ingredients to managing deliveries, inventory control, and staffing schedules. Managing logistics will be a key part of the role, especially as the company scales up. You'll need to ensure efficient supply chains and seamless coordination between the new production facility and venues. Your expertise in operations and project management will ensure the smooth running of these venues, while your leadership will inspire and drive the team forward. You will also play a critical role in recruiting key talent, and preparing for the launch of the production facility.
