The opportunity to join a well-known local care provider Employee Assistance Program Job Description About the role Reporting to the Quality Manager, playing a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with aged care quality standards, and supporting Garden Village to implement and ensure adherence to the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards that will take effect in 2025.
The Quality Coordinator will support the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care through robust quality management systems.
This dynamic position involves conducting regular audits and implementing quality assurance systems to enhance service delivery, resident care, safety and satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience To succeed in the role, you will bring; Diploma of Internal Quality Auditing and/or equivalent experience in a quality and compliance focused role in the community services or residential aged care service sector - essential.
Experience preparing for and hosting Residential Aged Care, Home Care and NDIS provider accreditation and registration audits - desirable.
Demonstrated experience in developing systems and processes.
Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Experience and commitment to driving quality and compliance within the organisation.
