$101,245 – $112,495 + Super + Salary SacrificeThe Institute for Urban Indigenous Health Ltd was established by its founding members to provide a coordinated/integrated approach to the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive primary health care services for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander populations within the Southeast Qld Region.The Family Wellbeing Service (FWS) aims to strengthen the cohesion and capacity of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and their families that have a heightened risk of becoming vulnerable. By enabling the raising of healthy ATSI children who can achieve their potential and addressing identified gaps in prevention, early intervention, and care coordination, family capacity building can be achieved through the application of intensive, customised support and coordination of care networks around the child and their family.About the RoleThis position will lead and develop the program structure, functions, policies and procedures as well as managing staff from recruitment, orientation, training and development and ongoing professional development and management, to ensure delivery of quality care and achievement of service delivery objectives. This includes responsibility for leadership and line management in the implementation of continuous improvement in service delivery and effective Governance framework and practices.
