Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Building Manager to join our team in the South East QLD Region. The successful candidate will have a strong background in building management or property management, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
The Role:
As a Building Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Liaising with Bodies Corporate committees for requests and issues
* Liaising with landlords and tenants to ensure their needs are met
* Inspecting grounds and facilities regularly to identify maintenance and repair needs
* Maintaining high-quality outcomes from contractors
* Coordinating cleaning, landscaping, and pool services as required
* Issuing breach notices and other necessary documents
* Managing building upkeep and maintenance
* Attending to daily queries from owners and tenants
* Ensuring mail is distributed and rubbish/recycle bins are placed out for collection
* Monitoring car parks and assisting with move-in and move-outs
* Emailing defects to relevant areas and arranging access with owners/outside agents/apartments under management
* Assisting the Property Management team with Re-Lets, New Management sign-ons, and routines
The Successful Candidate:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience in building management or property management
* A QLD Certificate of Registration
* The ability to work autonomously
* Outstanding attention to detail and communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Solid written and verbal communication skills
