Job Description
An experienced Senior Sales Executive is required to join the team within our Coffs Harbour office. This is an office based role but time on the road is required to cover an area from Coffs Harbour to Lismore and Tamworth. Training will be supplied.
Responsibilities of this role:
* Maintaining, developing and managing customer relationships
* Identify and access potential opportunities diligently, always ensuring the continuity of the sales pipeline
* Understanding contract standard requirements and ensuring that all proposals comply
* Maintain an excellent standard of customer satisfaction; proactive problem-solving, conflict handling and complaints resolution.
* Keeping up to date with product development

The ideal candidate must be a collaborative and solutions focused Sales Executive and have the company’s growth in mind.
Minimum Requirements:
* A trade background, demonstrating knowledge of the construction process
* Previous experience in commercial building estimating.
* Excellent presentation with strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
* Must be self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
* Thorough knowledge of all facets of Commercial and Industrial building sales
* Knowledge and understanding of Council requirements
* Product knowledge of steel frame buildings
* Precast concrete knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency with the use of computers.
