The Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll manage essential contract processes and support multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance throughout. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of contract administration, from preparation and execution to monitoring and compliance Review contract terms to ensure alignment with legal and contractual standards Collaborate with supervisors and project managers to facilitate timely and efficient contract execution Address and resolve contract compliance issues or disputes as they arise Maintain accurate records of contractual documents, variations, and claims Assist with project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to drive successful project outcomes Support risk and issue management alongside project supervisors and managers Aid in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals Participate in site inspections, project meetings, and other related activities Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders Manage document control, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications Continuously improve contract administration processes and ensure regulatory compliance What We’re Looking For Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field A minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Administration, Project Management, or a similar role within the building and construction sector Knowledge of construction methods and industry regulations Exposure to Government, Defence, Education, and Commercial Projects Proficiency in interpreting construction contract terms and conditions Familiarity with project management software and the MS Office suite Benefits Competitive remuneration package Collaborative, close-knit team environment where achievements are celebrated Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression Friendly and supportive company culture EAP Programme Join a business known for growth and stability This is an exceptional opportunity to become part of a company that values its team and offers a respectful, rewarding workplace culture.
