Keystar Morayfield is looking for a welcoming driver for our valued Service Centre customers, and a proactive administrative support for our team of Service Manager and Service Advisors!
With the official position title of Concierge, you will be an effective communicator, will demonstrate warmth and empathy towards our Customers, and will possess excellent time management skills. Key Responsibilities: Warm Greetings: Welcome customers, guests, and visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor. Courtesy Bus Duties: Dropping off and picking up of customers in the local area, always maintaining safe driving practices with customers while driving company vehicles. Strong Communication: Communicate with advisors to ensure all customers are dropped off and picked up at requested times. Administrative Support: Answer inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner, in accordance with company service standards. Schedule customer appointments for vehicle servicing. Customer Needs: Identify and address customers' initial needs promptly and efficiently. Ensure customer comfort whilst in the Service Centre. What We're Looking For: Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable personality. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and within expected timeframes. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using office software and equipment. Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
