Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse customer relationships and business issues to assess competitive positioning.
* Develop and execute strategic objectives and proposals for key accounts.
* Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement account plans.
* Foster cross-team communication and coordination to enhance client engagement.
* Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the portfolio.
* Lead sales processes aligned with customer decision-making.
* Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and build trust.
* Organise, review, and generate executive summaries of account plans.
* Improve profitability and ensure the long-term success of partnerships.
* Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with sales policies.
* Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends.
About You
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
* Extensive experience in a commercial role, ideally within a global organisation.
* Strong commercial acumen, preferably with an industrial background.
* Proven ability in business development, identifying new opportunities within complex business structures.
* Experience in government negotiations (desirable).
* Highly driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
* Strong negotiation skills in contracts, pricing, and solution selling.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management abilities.
