Our client, a leading financial services firm, seeks an Internal Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their Melbourne office. This role is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified individuals for management, executive, and specialist positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals for various positions.
* Collaborate with management to understand recruitment needs and requirements.
* Consult on hiring practices, policies, and procedures.
* Develop pipelines for hard-to-fill or high-volume positions.
* Utilize innovative recruitment strategies.
* C coordinate the use of third-party recruiting organizations.
* Negotiate employment offers and consult with hiring managers.
* Maintain market knowledge through research.
Requirements:
* A college or university degree in a relevant field.
* 3-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in financial services.
* Technical expertise in recruitment methodologies.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
* Strong systems skills, particularly with recruitment systems.
* Good understanding of compensation policies and practices.
