We're looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader or Superintendent to supervise mining site operations, drive performance, and lead a skilled team. If you're passionate about safety, leadership, and delivering results, this is your chance to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day-to-day operations and support across site
* Ensure safety compliance with HSEQ standards and champion a strong safety culture
* Plan and execute work to meet schedules, quality standards, and budgets
* Monitor team performance and proactively resolve issues
* Manage project documentation including reports, timesheets, headcount and pre-starts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Represent the company professionally, supporting client satisfaction and new business opportunities
* Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement, promoting employee engagement and development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations, to address operational issues and implement best practices.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a Team Leader or Superintendent in the same or similar industry
* Belt and idler conveyor experience is highly desirable
* Strong understanding of mining planning, scheduling, and resource management
* Excellent leadership, team building, and communication skills
* Experience managing crews on active sites
* Strong focus on safety, quality assurance, and operational excellence
* Proactive, organized, and solutions-driven
