About the role
Deliver base level physiotherapy clinical services to stakeholders/customers of the Prince Charles Hospital and services of Queensland Health, participating in 24 hour / seven day a week rosters and rotating through a variety of clinical programs / services, including cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic, and rehabilitation.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:
* Deliver base level compassionate physiotherapy clinical services across cardiorespiratory, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic, and rehabilitation multidisciplinary teams at The Prince Charles Hospital in accordance with prescribed ethical, professional and work unit standards, under the professional supervision of an experienced physiotherapist.
* Participate in professional development activities, reaching for high personal performance.
* Participate in professional supervision opportunities inclusive of self-reflection /evaluation of own performance, service monitoring, quality and service improvement activities to continually improve Physiotherapy clinical services and patient safety and outcomes.
* Apply respectful communication working collaboratively, cooperatively and effectively with patients and their families/carers, supervisors, physiotherapy assistants, students, researchers and all members of the multi-disciplinary team, as required.
