The Publications Coordinator ensures that all film-related content is sourced from filmmakers and distributors ready for the variety of Marketing requirements.
The Marketing team is responsible for engaging audiences with EIFF 2025, promoting the vision of the Festival, driving ticket sales and participation, enhancing the reputation of the Festival, as well as archiving the Festival, gathering materials for promotional or historical use.
Working closely with the Programme Planning team, Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator, and Designer, the Publications Coordinator ensures that all film-related content is sourced from filmmakers and distributors ready for the variety of Marketing requirements, including images and video trailers (and film promotional material).
This role is key to the production of the Festival communications material, the brochure, and the website.
The Publications Coordinator also ensures that all copy for the EIFF brochure and website meets high standards of readability, clarity, and consistency of usage and is ready to go live by EIFF deadlines.
Salary: £27,540 (pro-rata)
Working hours: 5 days a week by agreement within standard office hours of 9.30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
Fixed term: April - July 2025
