Warehouse & Parts Technician We are seeking a skilled Warehouse & Parts Technician to play a vital role in the preparation, refurbishment, and deployment of our inventory control machines.
You will be responsible for assembling new units, refurbishing existing machines, and ensuring seamless inventory control of spare parts and accessories.
Key Responsibilities: Set up, configure, and prepare machines for dispatch and installation Process customer orders for parts and maintain accurate inventory records Perform fault diagnosis, repair, and refurbishment of machines for redeployment Manage stock movements, warehouse operations, and order fulfillment Provide technical support for both hardware and software solutions Utilise Salesforce case management systems to track orders and support requests Maintain and update internal documentation and processes What You Bring: Strong mechanical and technical skills Technologically minded Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and in a team environment This is a fantastic position for someone who is interested in both software and hardware who is technically minded and looking to start their career.
