Job Title: Team Leader
The Team Leader is an experienced and highly competent clinician who delivers quality services and provides clinical/professional leadership to a multi-disciplinary team of professionals working in the Barossa Hills Fleurieu region of South Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational management including monitoring of service provision, data collection, and service evaluation for community-based services.
* Contributing to improvements in the quality, safety, and community needs-driven distribution of services within the BHFLHN.
* Working with allied health and nursing staff, managers, and other stakeholders on model of care and workforce development initiatives.
Requirements:
* A recognised qualification within the relevant Allied Health profession.
* Eligibility for (full) membership of the relevant Professional Association.
* Registration requirements for those professions requiring it.
