Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDesigning daily specials and planning the menu.Overseeing costing, budgeting, and procurement processes.Managing, recruiting, and training team members.Preparing and cooking dishes while supervising service operations.Ensuring compliance with OH&S and food safety regulations.Qualification & ExperienceAt least 2 years of experience as a Chef.Diploma or related qualification in the culinary field.Strong time management expertise.Exceptional communication abilities.Demonstrated leadership and management skills.About CompanyHV Restaurant is an Indian specialty dining spot located in Traralgon, Victoria celebrated for its freshly prepared, delicious dishes.
