The Project:
CPB Contractors has been selected by Brisbane Airport Corporation to undertake the planning phase of the International Terminal Security and Retail Upgrade project.
The project involves the reconfiguration and expansion of the International Terminal’s main security screening area and upgrading retail and administrative facilities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring construction progress and compliance to safety, environmental and quality standards.
2. Ensure all operations are performed in accordance with agreed safe methods of work.
3. Effectively coordinating and supervising the utilisation of all on-site resources for the project.
4. Actively liaising with suppliers, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant company and group policies and processes in accordance with the contract.
6. Ensuring all workers meet site requirements prior to commencing work.
7. Forward planning daily/weekly/monthly construction work including resource requirements and trade coordination.
8. Ensuring site wide compliance to standards, specifications and safety.
Requirements for this role:
9. Previous experience as a supervisor working on large scale projects within the Civil Construction industry.
10. Champion a culture of “Safety & Health above all else” and ability to conduct own work and manage teams according to site SHEQ.
11. Strong people management and conflict resolution skills.
12. Demonstrated ability to work successfully and autonomously within a fast-paced project environment and deliver on deadlines.
13. Must be available for night shift if required.
