From concepting and shooting to rolling out campaign assets across digital, social, print, and video, you will play an important part in driving the visual storytelling that makes Typo, well, Typo.You will lead a team of creatives, championing bold ideas, mentoring up-and-coming talent, and keeping everything on brand and on point. Expect to juggle multiple campaigns, lead high-energy shoots, and push boundaries, all while ensuring our creative vision stays razor sharp.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGSetting the brand visuals for campaigns and eCommerce through brand storytelling, ensuring output is fit for purpose across multiple channels.Overseeing and directing photoshoots, briefing teams, assisting creative production and styling, plus collaborating with broader marketing creative teams and channel stakeholders.Leading a team of campaign specialists, working with external collaborators including photographers, videographers, and stylists while working alongside a talented graphics team.Helping shape creative production from ideation to execution, ensuring efficiency, high standards, and consistency across all outputs.Defining and driving styling direction across wardrobe, props, and product, from campaign shoots to social content to eCommerce.Exploring and integrating generative AI and emerging technologies into creative workflows to drive innovation and efficiency.Rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on with concepting, art direction, and final execution across all channels.Providing mentorship, clear creative direction, and constructive feedback to elevate the work and upskill the team.WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEA natural creative leader with previous experience in Art Direction.A portfolio packed with creative, commercially successful work across fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.Strong storytelling skills through stills, video, social content, and print.Proven experience in driving creative production, balancing creative ambition with practical execution.A strong sense of styling direction, ensuring brand consistency across wardrobe, product, and props for all creative outputs.A curiosity for generative AI and emerging technologies, with an eagerness to explore how they can be applied to creative production and visuals.The ability to balance creative vision with commercial objectives.A strategic thinker who understands how to connect with and inspire our audience.Impeccable attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative, fun, and fearless attitude.
