If you are passionate about finance and strategy, we are keen to hear from you.What we’re looking forThe main responsibilities of this role include:Collaborate with executives and key stakeholders to prepare and update the Temple & Webster annual financial budget.Maintain financial forecasts and prepare valuation analysis.Provide budget variance analysis to the CFO, CEO, and Board.Analyse operations and recommend cost-saving or efficiency initiatives.Deliver competitor analysis and market trends to leadership.Assist in analysing historical data and preparing models for decision support.Conduct financial impact analysis for M&A and investments.Assist with the preparation and review of disclosures and ASX announcements.Prepare analysis and presentations for Board meetings.Support strategic initiatives with business case materials and Board papers.What you already haveTertiary degree qualifications in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Business.Previous experience in financial modelling and analysis, financial reporting and/or strategy consulting, ideally with experience in an ASX-listed environment, Big 4 accounting firm, investment bank, or consulting firm.CA / CPA qualification preferred.Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience using off-the-shelf FP&A tools.Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise, manage projects, and meet deadlines.Experience in SAP B1, SQL, and/or Tableau (or another BI tool) is highly desirable.Experience in e-commerce is preferable, however not essential.Additional benefitsAmazing culture.Competitive salary.Generous employee discounts across our entire range.Flexible working arrangements.Paid leave on your birthday.Paid parental leave.Catered lunch 3 days a week.Subsidised coffee with our very own in-house barista.Free mindfulness practice daily.Regular celebrations and team socials.Opportunities to volunteer with our charity partner.Application ProcessYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?What's your expected annual base salary?
