• Lots of migration going on as well as infrastructure-based technology change.
• Recently have moved to S4 HANA.
• Recently implemented a new payroll and HRIS system – SuccessFactors.
• Existing BA does not have capacity for the amount of work currently.
This Role: The role involves integrating the HRIS side through people and culture with the new service desk and service management tool (ServiceNow) to ensure that anyone in warehouses, factory workers, and any new permanent employees are updated as soon as SuccessFactors triggers steps like onboarding and corporate services (new laptops, etc.).
This person needs to have in-depth knowledge of ServiceNow and HR System connectivity (ideally SuccessFactors).
There is a development team offshore who are relatively new:
They are doing a lot of solutioning themselves with the existing Business Analyst and Project Manager to understand what they need to do.
Because of this, the Business Analyst needs to be able to understand the workflows in the backend of ServiceNow.
If they are able to configure the tables in ServiceNow, that is great, but just some idea of design and solutioning helps.
ServiceNow knowledge is a must, as well as understanding onboarding and offboarding of HRIS systems (ideally SuccessFactors, but others are fine).
