Senior Account Manager – Banking as a Service (BaaS)We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to drive strategic relationships with institutional clients across banking, payments, web3 and financial services. This role will focus on delivering best-in-class Banking as a Service (BaaS) solutions, ensuring client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with banks, fintechs, web3, wealth management firms, and payment providers.Strategic Account Growth: Identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell, ensuring the expansion of our BaaS solutions, including virtual bank accounts, domestic and international payment rails, card issuing, and identity verification services.Revenue & Retention: Drive revenue growth through proactive account planning, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring.
